We met our best friends from a couple of states away at the "Nightfall" Little Big Town concert at the Fox Theater in Atlanta on March 7th, 2020. We didn't know it then, but a worldwide pandemic was emerging, and the world as we knew it was grinding to a halt. LBT did such a wonderful job that night, so much so the four of us looked at the "Nightfall" tour schedule with the intentions of meeting again somewhere and sometime later in 2020 to enjoy it all over again. Needless to say that did not happen. Fast forward 10 months from that concert, and there continues to be much uncertainty in our environment, with many questions still unanswered. The "Nightfall" concert performance that night was so memorable, as LBT mixed in previous hits with the new material and the result was just an unforgettable night. Even though the venue that night in Atlanta was a sellout, it was such an intimate performance, it was easy to forget there were thousands of people around you. Wow! What we all would give to be around "thousands" of people right now. While not currently possible, I relive that magical performance each and every time I listen to "Nightfall"....thanks Little Big Town! I haven't purchased the book yet, but plan to give it to my wife as a gift in the near future. If the book reflects just a bit of the magic the concert created, it should be a hit as well.
